Refund and Returns Policy

1.0 Refunds and Chargebacks

Due to the electronic nature of our Products, the Consumer Protection
(Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 do not provide the right to cancel
or refund once a Product has been purchased. Refunds, if granted, are
solely at our discretion and credited to your wallet balance for future
purchases on our platform. You explicitly agree not to initiate
chargebacks through your payment provider for any payments made for our
Products. We retain the right to adjust our prices periodically.

2.0 Warranties and Liability

We make every effort to ensure that our Products are accurate,
authoritative, and suitable for our customers. However, we do not accept
responsibility for the suitability, function, or use of the Products,
whether expressed, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to
warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. You
agree to indemnify us against all liabilities, claims, demands,
expenses, actions, costs, damages, or losses arising from your breach of
these terms and conditions. Furthermore, we are not liable for
consequential, indirect, special, or exemplary damages, including but
not limited to loss of profits, business, or anticipated benefits,
whether arising under tort, contract, negligence, or otherwise, whether
foreseen or unforeseen.
